
I have been working out with kettlebells using the ladder app for 2.5 years. Kettlebell training can be intimidating for people who aren’t familiar with them. Working out with kettlebells is a mix of strength training, cardio conditioning, agility and plyometrics. If you find strength training to be a bit boring, give KBs a try! I’m getting pretty jacked and I’m not mad about this.
